粮食是安天下的战略产业。确保我国的粮食生产可持续发展,对我国的经济发展和社会稳定至关重要。依据商品粮基地的优势度合理布局粮食生产,可以更好的发挥不同地区的粮食生产优势,保障粮食生产的持续稳定发展和城乡居民商品粮的安全供应。本文通过对商品粮基地粮食生产与调出量等数据的分析,提出了优势商品粮基地的概念,并对其优势度的分析研究,以及优势商品粮基地建设布局应实施梯级发展战略的观点。

Food is the strategic industry which secures the whole society.Assuring the sustainable development of food production in China is vital for Chinese economic development and social stability. According to Marketable Grain Base＇s （MGB） advantage degree to lay out food production properly,it can exert better food production advantage in different regions,secure sustainable and steady development of food production and ensure safe-supply of marketable grain for both urban and rural residents. Through analyzing the data,such as quantities of yield and spillover in MGB,this article presents the concept of Advantageous Marketable Grain Base （AMGB）and calculates its Advantage Degree, then puts forward that the layout of establishment of AMGB should be under G-radient Development strategy.
