摘要
环境试验箱是在给定时间内达到+40^-30℃高低温的试验用小型制冷装置(试验箱配有全自动的微机控制系统能完成各项试验的数据记录)。对试验箱围护结构(隔热层)在降温阶段非稳态传热特性进行了实验研究。通过试验数据分析,对隔热层在降温过程的一维大平板非稳态传热问题进行了内部温度场随时间变化关系的讨论,同时对试验箱隔热层随时间变化的放热量进行了分析,对有特殊要求的制冷装置在节能方面的设计提供了一定的参考数据。
The design of a temperature test chamber is required to be got + 40℃ to -30℃ in a given time. The air temperature can be stabilized at a set value through computer control system. After assembling the low test unit, several experiments are carried out for study the unsteady heat transfer characteristics on the chamber's insulating layer. As the analysis of experiment date, the change of the heat load from the insulating structure with the time can be expressed by some predigest form, and interior temperature field is discussed for this one- dimension plate heat transfer problem. Thus is helpful to economic design for energy or material of this especial refrigeration unit.
