摘要
国外房地产开发商带来的大量资金不仅会对国内房地产的宏观调控带来一定的压力,其本身也存在着多种投资风险.运用层次分析法对国外房地产项目投资的风险进行量化数学建模,模拟其开发过程中存在的风险,为合理决策提供依据.
The oversea investers not only bring the massive funds but also the pressure to the financial stability of the real estate in China. Itself also has many kinds of investment risks. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is used to give a kind of mathematical modeling which makes investment risk of foreign real estate project quantify, and formulates the existing risks during the development, it provides a basis for reasonable decisions.
