对虾池中紫色非硫细菌的分离及初步鉴定

Isolation and identification of purple non sulfer bacteria from the Breeding Shrimp Pond

利用特异性培养基对采自宁波地区虾池泥水样品进行富集、分离和纯化,得到了11株紫色非硫细菌(PNSB),依据形态特征观察、活细胞吸收光谱测定及碳源利用等实验,初步鉴定这些光合细菌分属于3个属中的4个种,即红假单胞菌属的沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris)、红细菌属的荚膜红细菌(Rhodobacter capsula-tus)、类球红细菌(Rhodobacter sphaeroides)和红微菌属的万尼氏红微菌(Rhodomicrobium vannielii).

In this paper, we studied the purple non sulfer bacteria, which is the most important group among photosynthetic bacteria （PSB）. Eleven strains were isolated from a shrimp pond in Ningbo. They were studied on their cell morphology, colony shape, culture characteristics,and the absorb spectrum of cells. The results showed that the 11 strains belong to 4 species of 3 genus. They are Rhodopseudomonas palustris, Rhodobacter capsulatus, Rhodobacter sphaeroides ,and Rhodomicrobium vannielii.
