广义上的作者自引问题及其控制

The problems and controlling of self-citation in a broad sense

作者自引现象与问题近几年颇受关注.笔者所讨论的作者自引是指作者引用自己已发表过的文章而无论这文章是刊登在本刊物还是其他刊物之上.由于这种作者自引的某些部分对期刊的影响因子没有贡献,因而并没引起人们的注意,但其本身存在着所引文献并非均是必要的、适当的、权威的、新颖的等问题引起了关注.通过广义上的作者自引中存在的主要现象与问题的分析,探讨并提出其控制程序和操作模式.

Self-citation is considerably noted nowadays. Self-citation discussed in this paper concerns that authors cite articles written by their own regardless whether they were published in the same journal or not. A part of such kind of self-citations does not contribute to the impact factors, so that it keeps unnoticed. More often then usual, those self-citations are unnecessary, improper, not authoritative and novel. Therefore, much attention should be paid to such phenomenon. Procedures of controlling such kind of self-citations are provided.
