FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of FOLFOX4 in the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma

目的:观察奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙氟脲嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效、不良反应。方法:25例患者均经病理组织学确诊为晚期胃癌,接受奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙和氟脲嘧啶治疗。具体治疗方案按常规进行。应用4周期后按照WHO标准评价疗效和不良反应。结果:全组25例均可评价,总有效率为44%。完全缓解(2/25),部分缓解(9/25),疾病进展时间5.6个月,中位生存时间8.3个月。主要不良反应为感觉神经毒性,骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应,均较轻微。结论:奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙,氟脲嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌疗效较好,不良反应轻,耐受性好。

Objective To observe the short-term effect and toxic reaction of oxaliplatin in combination with leucovorin and 5-fluorouracil regimen for patients with advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods Twenty-five cases confirmed by pathology and diagnosed as advanced gastric carcinoma were treated with oxaliplatin, leucovorin and 5-Fuolrouracil. The scheme of treatment was routine, Every four weeks was a cycle for at least four cycles. The curative effect and toxicity were appraised according to WHO standard. Results The total effective rate was 44%. Two cases have got CR（2/ 25）, 9 PR（9/25）. The mean time to progression of all the patients was 5.6 months, median survival time was 8.3 months. The main toxic reaction showed slight sensory nerve toxicity, marrow restraint and gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with leucovorin and 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma has short-term effects, slight adverse reaction and a good tolerance.
