摘要
目的:观察不同浓度氯丙嗪对人肺巨细胞癌高低转移株(PLA801D,PLA801C)的作用。方法:应用MTT法检测氯丙嗪对PLA801D,PLA801C的增殖抑制率,用药组设6个浓度,作用时间为24,48 h。结果:除4μg/mL浓度氯丙嗪对PLA801D,PLA801C增殖无明显影响外(P>0.05),其余各浓度对两种细胞的增殖均有抑制作用(P<0.05)。氯丙嗪对PLA801D细胞的作用呈时间-剂量依赖效应;而4,8μg/mL的氯丙嗪对PLA801C细胞仅呈剂量依赖性。结论:在一定浓度范围内,氯丙嗪对PLA801D,PLA801C细胞增殖均有明显抑制作用。
Objective To detect the effect of different concentration of chlorderazin to hypso-and hypodiversion strain in lung cancer. Methods Proliferation inhibition rate of chlorderazin to PLA801D and PLA801C was determined with MTT. Results Chlorderazin had an obvious effect on PLA801D and PLA801C on any other concentrations (P〈0. 05) except 4 ug/mL(P〉0. 05). The proliferation inhibition ratio was time-dependent and dose-dependent to PLA801D by chlorderazin, while it was dose-dependent to PLA801C by chlorderazin on 4 and 8 ug/mL concentration. Conclusion It has an obvious inhibitory effect to PLA801D and PLA801C cell on invariable concentration .
