Analysis of Emamectin benzoate and Chlorpyrifos by HPLC

本文介绍采用液相色谱法,检测10%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐.毒死蜱微乳剂的含量。结果表明:甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和毒死蜱的变异系数分别为0.25%和0.14%。标准偏差分别为0.012%和0.030%。平均回收率分别为99.55%和99.97%。线性相关系数分别为0.9997,0.9998。

It is introduced that the tiny-emulsion of Emamectin benzoate and Chlorpyrifos by HPLC. The results showef that coefficient of variation are 0.25% and 0.14,standard deviation are 0.012% and 0.030%, recovery ration are 99.55% and 99.97%,linear correlation coefficient are 0.9997 and 0.9998.
