学校教育中的师生互动,既存在和谐顺应的一面,也存在冲突对抗的一面。调查显示,学校教育中师生之间冲突广泛存在。了解这些冲突的现状,分析其原因,提出相应的建议有助于化解师生冲突,使之成为教育的资源,促进学生的健康发展。

There are not only harmonious interactions but also conflicts between teachers and students at school. The investigation shows that conflicts are normal in the school education. This paper investigates the present situation of those conflicts,analyzes their causes and proposes the corresponding suggestions in order to manage the conflict properly and promote students' healthy development.
