摘要
近年来国外企业危机管理研究呈现出一些新的趋势和特点,体现在:(1)注重可操作的策略研究,(2)注重定量分析和实证研究,(3)发展了消费者危机反应的研究视角,(4)危机沟通实践备受关注,(5)网络成为危机管理研究的新内容,(6)伦理问题受到重视。
Enterprise crisis management theory has developed greatly. Some new trends and characteristics can be found in the recent studies abroad. 1） Operable strategy study has been emphasized. 2） Quantitative analysis and empirical study have been more applied. 3） A new perspective of crisis management is proposed： consumer reaction. 4）Crisis communication practice has been more focused. 5）The role of Internet has been importance in the study. 6）More attentions are given to ethical issues in enterprise crisis management.
