摘要
为了构建和谐团队,就必须深入了解情绪冲突和认知冲突及其之间的关系。运用博弈论构建了团队情绪冲突与认知冲突及其关系的模型,从而得出了团队合作中冲突解决的策略选择。
To establish harmonious teams, it must explore emotional conflicts, cognitional conflicts and their relationship. Therefore, the paper set up models of emotional conflicts, cognitional conflicts and their relationship based on game theory; at last, the paper concludes strategic choices to solve conflicts in teams.
