The writer makes a preliminary exploration of the situation of football promoters in China through many different ways , such as consulting documents and data ,logical analysis and interviewing the professionals . Based on the national conditions of China , the paper analyzes the main factors that restrict the development of Chinese football promoters and puls forward the countermeasures to enhance the healthy development of Chinese football promoters.
