烫发水中巯基乙酸简便快速示波测定法

在pH＝10的NH3H2O－NH4Cl缓冲溶液中，巯基乙酸在dE／dt～E曲线上产生敏锐切口，当其浓度在9.0×10-5～2．4×10-4mol／l时，切口深度与其浓度成线性关系，可以直接测定巯基乙酸，结果与碘量法基本一致．本法准确度良好，操作简便、快速，用于烫发水中巯基乙酸的测定取得满意的结果。

The determination of thioglycollic acid was carried out based on relations between the incision appearedat curve of dE/dt^E in the buffer solution of NH3H2O-NH4Cl (pH= 10) and its concentration (9. 0×10-5 ~ 2. 4 ×10-4mol/l ).
