摘要
以辽河油田洼82块3929井特稠油为研究对象,采用荧光法测定了该井特稠油乳化最佳HLB值,优选聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯多元醇醚和混合型表面活性剂的最优复配比例,研制开发出适用于该油品特性的特稠油水基降粘剂优化配方。室内实验结果表明,该降粘剂对于洼82块特稠油不仅具有良好的降粘性能(降粘率99%以上),而且与联合站破乳剂相配伍,具有较好的推广应用价值。
The best HLB value of emulsification for crude oil in 3929 oil well of Wa - 82 Block was measured using fluorescence method. The optimum composition ratio was selected comprising polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylenepolybasie alcohol ether and mixed surfaetants. The optimum composition of viscosity reducer based on water for crude oil was prepared. Indoor experimental result showed that the viscosity reducer had good effect in reducing viscosity and good compatibility with demulsifier used. It had good prospects for application.
