摘要
以油田钻井废水为处理对象研究了预处理和Fenton试剂催化氧化法深度处理工艺,考察了Fenton试剂投加量、反应条件、反应时间等因素对处理效果的影响,确定了该处理工艺的最佳操作条件:H2O2(30%溶液)投加量3ml/L,FeSO4.7H2O900mg/L,H2O2/Fe2+(摩尔比)=9,pH3,反应时间90min。废水中的主要污染物指标CODCr的去除率达92.6%。
In accordance with the characteristics of oil field drilling wastewater, the pretreatment and deep disposal of drilling wastewater using Fenton reagent catalyzing - oxidizing method were examined. The effects of the amount of Fenton reagent, reaction conditions or reaction time on disposal result were examined respectively. Under these condi- H202/Fe^2+ was 9,pH 3, reaction time 90 minutes.
