摘要通过翔实的个案材料,分析了公有物品的多层次性和多样性,并在“公有物品悲剧”的基础上,论述了公有论的主场、规则和特征。 On the basis of detailed cases, this paper analyzes the multi- facet and diversity Of common properties and expounds the field, rules and features of common theory on the basis of ＂The Tragedy of the Commons＂.
