论北部湾经济区(中国)金融服务支撑体系的构建

On the Building of a Supportive System of Financial Services in Beibu Gulf Economic Region (China)

从北部湾经济区金融合作必要性出发,就构建北部湾金融支撑服务体系进行探讨,认为北部湾区域发展的资金需求规模较大,现行行政分割体制限制了资金供给,要想通过金融要素的作用来带动北部湾区域经济增长,就要走提高金融资源的配置效率的路子,粤、桂、琼三省(区)区域金融合作就成为必然选择。

Proceeding from the necessity of financial cooperation in the Pan Beibu Gulf Region, this paper explores the building of a supportive system of financial services in Beibu Gulf Economic Region, and argues that, given the large capital demand and the limited capital supply restricted by the prevailing ad ministrative separation, efficiency of reallocating financial resources should be improved and regional financial cooperation among Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan should be an inevitable choice to fuel the economic growth in Beibu Gulf Economic Region.
