摘要
通常在板式塔设计过程中,为了保证上操作弹性和下操作弹性之值,需反复调整塔板各结构尺寸。本文提出由负荷性能图中各性能曲线计算式直接确定塔板主要结构尺寸,称其为负荷性能图法。通过浮阀塔负荷性能图中各性能曲线与塔板各主要结构尺寸的简要分析,阐述了设计步骤。该法计算简单,能有效提高设计速度。
In order to overcome the difficulty that it is still very hard to make upper turn down ratio and lower turn down ratio be equal to designed value although each structural size of the trays is regulated again and again during design of plate columns,this paper puts forward a new design method,i.e.each major structural size of the trays is determined directly from the formulas of performance curve in the capacity graph,which is known as capacity graph method.The design steps are expounded through the brief analyses of the relation between each performance curve in the capacity graph of valve tray column and each major structural size of the tray.This method is so simple that design is speeded up effectively.
