摘要
采用上升液滴法研究了异戊醇从氯化物-磷酸体系中萃取磷酸的动力学,结果表明磷酸的初始正向萃取速率随两相界面积、水相初始磷酸、盐酸浓度的增大而增大,异戊醇对磷酸的萃取可能属扩散控制模式。在实验基础上建立了如下的萃取动力学方程:Rp=4.719×10-8C1.802pC1.004cl,其计算值与实验值的相对标准偏差为5.02%。
The kinetics of the extraction of phosphoric acid from the system phosphoric acid chloride with isoamyl alcohol has been investigated by means of Rising Drop Method herein.The results showed that the initial forward extraction rate of phosphoric acid was found to increase by increasing interfacial area between the two phases and the initial concentrations of hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid in aqueous phase,and phosphoric acid extraction with isoamyl alcohol might be a diffusion controlling regime.The extraction rate equation was established from experimental results obtaines as follows:R=4.719×10 -8 C P 1.802 C 1.004 Cl and the relative standard deviaton of computed values from experimental data was found to be 5.02%。
