Non-ideology of mass eulture not anly has an impact on eantemporary college students in terms of their ideological and political ideas, value tendency and moral assessment but also directly influences the future of ideological and political higher education. This paper, from the point of ideological and political higher education, intends to elucidate the negative and positive function of mass culture so as to delve into the function and value of mass culture in ideological and political higher education.
