试析河南省驰名商标的保护

Discussion on the Protection of the Well-Known Trademark in Henan Province

河南省目前拥有驰名商标数量较少,这不仅因为人们对驰名商标的认识不到位,商标权人权利意识淡薄,而且相关法律法规不够健全也是重要原因。要改变这种状况,应该从以下几方面入手:企业要注重研究和利用世界贸易组织(WTO)的有关规则,努力创建自己的驰名商标,不断提高综合素质和竞争能力,同时立法机关要努力健全地方性驰名商标保护法规。

Henan province now has a fairly small number of well-known trademarks.This is not only because people do not know the importance of well-known trademarks,the owner of trademarks have a weak awareness on rights,that relevant laws and regulations are not sound enough is also an important reason.To change this situation, enterprises should pay attention to research and use the relevant rules of WTO,strive to establish own well-known trademark, continuously improve their overall quality and competitiveness,to improve local laws regarding the protection of well-known trademarks.
