大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型的有效复制方法 被引量:9

摘要 目的介绍一种无需人工呼吸,成活率高的复制心肌缺血再灌注模型大鼠的术式。方法选用正常健康SD大鼠,于3~4肋间开胸0.5~1.0cm,迅速暴露心脏,冠状动脉下穿线后,即刻复位关胸,提线时以标Ⅱ导联心电图改变为阻断血流指标,连续缺血15min,松线,缝合切口。结果此法复制模型成功率可达95%以上,术后无死亡。结论该复制心肌缺血再灌注模型大鼠的术式迅速简便,成功率和成活率高。 Objective To introduce a method to estabilish rat models of myocardial ischemia reperfusion, which has a high rate of success and without artificial respiration. Methods To choose healthy SD rats and perform the left-sidod thoracotomy from the third to fouth intercostal space to open the thoracic cavity 0.5-1.0 cm and expose the heart. Pass through the cardiac muscle under the left coronary artery with a thread and return the heart to the thoracis cavity then clamp the incisal opening immediately. The change of the electrocardiogram of lead Ⅱ can be regraded as the index of the blockage of blood flow when tension the thread.Slack off the thread after keep the situation 15 min then sature the incisal opening. Results The successful rate of the method was above 95% and no rat died after the operation. Conclusion The method of estabilish rat models of myocardial ischemia reperfusion is simple and comvenient, with high successful rate and survival rate.
