摘要
对低合金钢20Mn2在铸铁液中进行不同温度和时间的渗碳,并对渗层组织、渗层深度及渗碳工艺进行了分析,结果表明,采用铸铁液渗碳能在短时间内获得较深的渗层。试样在1250℃铸铁液中保持30s,渗层深度达219μm;在1280℃铸铁液中保持30s,渗碳层达237μm.
An alloy steel 20Mn2 was carburized in liquid cast iron at different temperatures for different times. Microstructure and depth of the carburized layer as well as the carburizing process were analyzed. The results showed that carbruizing of the low ahoy steel in liquid cast iron could gain deeper carburized layer in a short time. The carburized layer depthes of the low alloy steel specimens carburized at 1250 ℃ and 1280 ℃ for 30s were respectively 219 μm and 237 μm.
