摘要
在化学镀镍磷的镀液中添加非金属PTFE微粒,研究了镀液温度对镀速的影响,搅拌对镀层形貌的影响及镀屋显微硬度与热处理的关系,从而得到高质量的镀层并应用于公司的产品中。
Non-metalic PTFE Particles were added to the bath for electroless nickel-phosphor plating. Effect of the bath temperature on plating rate, effect on agitation of the morphology of plating and variation of microhardness of the plating with heat treatment were studied. As a result, high-quality plating has been obtained and applied to the products.
