摘要
用椎板流变仪研究了稀土氧化钇填充乙丙共聚物的流变行为。共混物的熔体粘度显著低于空白乙丙共聚物,体系粘度随稀土含量的变化而变化。
Ethylene propylene copolymer (EPM) and rare earth (Y 2O 3) were mixed mechanically by brabender Single Screw extruder. Sample melt viscosities were measured with a Cone plate viscometer. Viscosities of Y 2O 3 filled EPM are significantly lower than that of plain EPM, flow activation energy for different Y 2O 3 content are almost identical. Newtonian Index ( n ) for Y 2O 3 filled EPM increases with increasing of Y 2O 3 content, it show that non Newtonanism decreases after yittrium oxide (Y 2O 3) was filled. The viscosity of the blend changes with yittrum oxide composition. The curve of viscosity vs. time showed that the samples has good melt flow and stability for extrusion molding.
