该文通过对花港观鱼公园环境设施的研究，分析环境、人的行为和环境设施自身的功能、整体性等与环境设施的关系，得出公园环境设施的设计原则，希望能够为城市建设提供相关研究成果，为管理和调控城市形象提供参考。

This article analyzes the relationship with the environmental facilities and environment, human behavior, environmental facilities＇ functions and integrity by researching on the environmental facilities of Viewing Fish at Flower Pond Park in Hangzhou, and also puts forward the principles for designing the park environmental facilities. It aims to not only supply the city construction with some relative research results, but also provide the reference information to the city management.
