We have made a observation towards twelve restaurants which are located in Shi Paifang Ping yan Rood in Xinxiang, and find that many investors ignore the market research, they couldn＇t pursuit the consumptive custom and level of Xinxiang people. There also have some obvious blindness and random in their investment. All of these lead to the failure in their operating. The key reason of the few successful ones is that the enterprise can match their goal and resource very well, put themselves in the right position and can grasp the market opportunity.
