摘要
随着经济和社会的发展，一方面水资源日益紧缺，一方面城市污水排放量日益增大，缓解该矛盾的最佳选择是实现城市污水资源化——中水回用。本文从政策、经济、技术等方面综述了中水回用的紧迫性、必要性和可行性。
Along with the economic and social development, on the one hand the water resource is becoming less and less, and on the other hand the municipal wastewater is becoming more and more. The optimization of mitigating contradiction is the utilization of municipal wastewater resource-wastewater renovation. The urgency. necessity and feasibility of wastewater renovation are reviewed from the points of policy, economy and technique in this paper.
