摘要
主要介绍了国内测量小电阻的两种方法:比较法、大脉冲电流测量法,通过比较最后采用数字锁相环技术来解决此难题,并给出μΩ级电阻测试装置,最后用MATHCAD仿真进行了试验,证明该方案可行。
In this paper,we mainly introduce both methods of the domestic survey for small resistance measurement：the comparison test,the big pulse electric current mensuration.We use the digital phase-lock link technology to solve this difficut problem after comparing,and produce risistance testing device which is μΩ level.finally,we use MATHCAD to carry on the simulation experiment which prove this plan is feasible.
