摘要
介绍在海水及盐雾环境条件下铝及铝合金的腐蚀状况,并对各种有机涂料综合分析比较,得出了一些涂层的使用工况及搭配方式。选用合适的涂层系统,采用正确的喷涂工艺,就能很好地控制和防护铝制换热器在海水及盐雾环境下的腐蚀问题。
This paper introduces aluminium and Aluminium Alloy corrosion state under sea water and salt-spray environment,analyzes the comprehensive contrast for each of organic coating,gets the formulation of some coatings under each condition,selects the suitable coating system and adopts the correct spray processing,which can control and prevent corrosion of Aluminium heat exchanger under sea water and salt-spray environmental conditions.
