CC2500 is the caterpillar crane of 450T recently produced by DEMAG,a German company.It can monitor many working parameters because of PDC module so that it has a strong effect of malfunction diagnosis.The author has concluded the way of malfunction diagnosis executed by CC2500 through maintenance in order to provide references for the malfunction diagnosis of big caterpillar crane.
