兽用退热栓剂的研制及其临床应用

Design and Application of Suppository of Defervescence for Animals

采用热融法制备双氯灭痛退热栓剂,经质检合格后应用于临床。将501头发热病猪分成2组,其中248例为双氯灭痛栓剂组,253例为复方氨基比林注射液组,观察比较用药后不同时间的退热效果。结果表明,双氯灭痛栓剂组的退热显效率、总有效率和退热维持时间分别为87.10%、100%和(8.19±1.03)h,其作用明显优于复方氨基比林注射液组[退热显效率、总有效率和退热维持时间分别为27.27%、89.33%和(2.04±0.61)h],且双氯灭痛栓剂给药途径方便、成本较低,适宜于兽医临床推广应用。

Diclofenac sodium suppositories were produced and applied to treat diseased pigs with fever after quality examination.The antipyretic effect of diclofenac sodium suppository was compared with that of injection of amidopyrine composite in the treatment for diseased pigs with fever.501 pigs suffering from fever were randomly divided into two groups:248 cases in diclofenac sodium suppository group,and 253 cases in injection of amidopyrine composite.Their antipyretic effect were observed in different time.The results showed that the remarkably effective rate,the overall effective rate and the sustained time of defervescence from diclofenac sodium suppository group were 87.10%、100% and(8.19 ±1.03)h respectively,they were superior to those of injection of amidopyrine composite which were 27.27%、89.33% and(2.04±0.61)h respectively.Diclofenac sodium suppository will be widely applicable to treatment for animals with fever because they are convenient for use and inexpensive.
