摘要
亚麻油用季戊四醇醇解后与松香对辛基酚醛树脂进行改性合成了醇酸改性辛基酚醛树脂。对改性产品进行了GPC、FT-IR的表征分析及其软化点、庚烷容纳度和溶剂溶解性能等的研究。实验表明:m(亚麻油)∶m(松香)<1.2时,所得产品分子量(M-n)6000~10000,分子量分布范围(PDI)<4,庚烷容纳度在5~20mL/2g,软化点>110℃,可溶于矿物油、植物油、芳香烃、丁酮和乙酸乙酯等溶剂中,是轮转油墨用的一种新型高分子聚合物。
The alkyd modified t-octylphenolic resin was prepared by alcoholized linseed oil with pentaerythritol, rosin and octylphenolic resin. The modified product was analyzed by FT-IR and GPC, and softening point, solubility in solvent and n-heptane tolerance were also studied. The results showed when the weight ratio of linseed oil to rosin was less than 1.2, the product with following characters could be prepared i.e. molecular weight (Mn) 6000 - 10000, PDI less than 4, n-heptane tolerance in the range of 5 - 20mL/2g, softening point more than 110℃ and good solubility in mineral oil, vegetable oil, aromatic hydrocarbon, MEK and ethyl acetate and so on. The product might be a new polymer for manufacturing rotary printing inks.
