三聚氰胺的生产技术和应用前景

Production Technology and Application Trends of Melamine

简要介绍了国内外三聚氰胺的开发及生产情况,重点阐述了高压法、低压法、常压法和常压气相一步法生产三聚氰胺联产纯碱新技术。目前,我国三聚氰胺的需求量在10万t/a左右,主要用做木材加工的粘合剂、高密度层压板的贴面材料和水泥添加剂。三聚氰胺的价格基本上随着国际市场的价格波动,价格振幅较大,2007年的正常价格为8000～8800元/t。

The development and production of melamine in China and abroad were introduced in brief. The technologies for prOducing melamine such as high-pressure method, low-pressure method, ordinary-pressure method and especially the novel one step gas phase method under ordinary-pressure with co-production of sodium carbonate were emphatically described. At present, the demand of melamine in China is about 0. 1 Mt/a, used mainly as binder for wood work, surface coating material for high density wood laminates and cement additives. The price of melamine fluctuated along with the price in world market, the normal price of melamine in 2007 would be RMB 8000- 8800yuan/t.
