刚地弓形虫SAG4基因的体外扩增及序列分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:扩增刚地弓形虫R.H株SAG4基因,对SAG4基因编码序列进行结构和初步的功能预测。方法:提取弓形虫R.H株基因组DNA,然后进行目的基因的PCR体外扩增、序列测定和分析。结果:从弓形虫R.H株基因组DNA中扩增出575bp的基因片断,利用生物信息学技术鉴定其为R.H株SAG4基因分子片段,转译后的蛋白质结构稳定,能形成多个结构域。结论:成功地获得了刚地弓形虫R.H株SAG4基因片段,为弓形虫病的抗原诊断及分子疫苗研究奠定基础。
