摘要 本文介绍采用新型膨胀型阻燃剂XSFR并同时添加聚磷酸铵和三聚氰胺对LDPE进行阻燃。采用二次回归正交组合设计的方法对添加阻燃剂后样品的阻燃性能进行了分析,建立了氧指数的二次回归方程,并找出了聚磷酸铵和XSFR之间的最佳配比(质量比)为1.6∶1。此外,对因素与指标的关系以及因素之间的协同效应进行了讨论,同时还对膨胀型阻燃剂的阻燃机理进行了初步探讨。通过试验表明,将XSFR、聚磷酸铵和三聚氰胺联用有较好的协同效应,其中以XS-FR的加入量对氧指数的影响最大,三聚氰胺的影响最小。添加本文所述膨胀型阻燃体系,可使材料的氧指数达到27以上。 The fire retardation of LDPE by a novel intumescent flame retardant,which was mixed with ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and melamine(MN),was described in this paper.The flame resistivity of the sample filled with the flame retardant was analyzed by means of second order regressive orthogonal composite design and the second order regressive equation for oxygen index was also established.It was found that the optimum blending ratio for APP and XSFR was 1.6∶1.The relation between the factors and targets and the synergistic action of the factors,as well as the mechanism of the flame retardation of the intumescent flame retardant,were discussed.The experiment results showed the combined use of XSFR with APP and MN had good synergistic action,in which the effect of XSFR content on oxygen index was the greatest,while that of MN on the oxygen index was the least.The oxygen index of the resin filled with the intumescent flame retardant mentioned in this paper would come up to more than 27.
