摘要
为了推广新技术,提高氨利用率,降低能源消耗、提高经济效益。经过近十二年来的生产实践证明:通过各方面的回收,全年平均氨利用率可达95%,节约天然气155万m3。节电78万kW·h,合成氨核算产量比车间产量增加10%以上,每年可增产碳铵1300t,增加盈利187.41万元。由此可见提高氨利用率投资小、见效快、收益大。
In this paper, it have been Introducinged in fertolizer praoluctiou that the utilizing rate of ammonia more than 95% a year, saving natural gas 1550 thousants m 3, and 780 thousants kw·h, and the computing ammouia less than 10%, then NH 4HCO 3 1,300 t/a were increased.
