锌盐在常用有机膦酸阻垢剂中的溶解和稳定性

STUDIES ON SOLUBILITY AND STABILITY OF ZINC SALT IN COMMON ORGANO PHOSPHONIC ACID SCALE INHIBITORS

研究了锌盐在常用工业有机膦酸阻垢剂中的溶解性和稳定性。结果表明，锌盐在２－膦酸丁烷－１，２，４－三羧酸中的溶解性和稳定性最好，达９．１％（Ｚｎ），在聚膦羧酸中次之，为８．０％（Ｚｎ），在氮川三甲叉膦酸和乙二胺四甲叉膦酸中可溶解３．４％（Ｚｎ），在羟基乙叉二膦酸中最差，基本上不能溶解。

Solubility and stability of zinc salt in common organo phosphonic acid scale inhibitors are studied. It is found that zinc salt has the best solubility and stability in 2 phosphobutane 1,2,4 tricarboxylic acid which can solve 9.1%(Zn ). Polyphosphonic carboxylic acid can solve 8.0 %(Zn ). Nitrogen trimethylene phosphonic acid and ethylene diamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid can solve 3.4%(Zn ). Zinc salt can almost not solve in hydroxyethylene diposphonic acid. It is also found that the solubility is governed by the molecular structures of the scale inhibitor.
