锌盐在常用有机膦酸阻垢剂中的溶解和稳定性 被引量:9

摘要 研究了锌盐在常用工业有机膦酸阻垢剂中的溶解性和稳定性。结果表明,锌盐在2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸中的溶解性和稳定性最好,达9.1%(Zn),在聚膦羧酸中次之,为8.0%(Zn),在氮川三甲叉膦酸和乙二胺四甲叉膦酸中可溶解3.4%(Zn),在羟基乙叉二膦酸中最差,基本上不能溶解。 Solubility and stability of zinc salt in common organo phosphonic acid scale inhibitors are studied. It is found that zinc salt has the best solubility and stability in 2 phosphobutane 1,2,4 tricarboxylic acid which can solve 9.1%(Zn ). Polyphosphonic carboxylic acid can solve 8.0 %(Zn ). Nitrogen trimethylene phosphonic acid and ethylene diamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid can solve 3.4%(Zn ). Zinc salt can almost not solve in hydroxyethylene diposphonic acid. It is also found that the solubility is governed by the molecular structures of the scale inhibitor.
