摘要
研究了锌盐在常用工业聚合物分散剂中的溶解性及稳定性。结果表明,锌盐在丙烯酸/丙烯磺酸/异丙烯膦酸共聚物中的溶解性和稳定性最好,达7.69%(Zn)以上,在聚丙烯酸、水解聚马来酸酐、丙烯酸/丙烯磺酸/丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸/丙烯磺酸/非离子共聚物中可溶解6.82%(Zn),在马-丙、丙烯酸/丙烯酸甲酯共聚物中可溶解3.41%(Zn),在丙烯酸/丙烯酸羟丙酯聚物中最差,仅能溶解1.14%(Zn)。
Solubility and stability of zinc salt in common polymer dispersants are studied. It is found that zinc salt has the best solubility and stability in acrylic acid/allyl sulfonic acid/iso propenyl phosphonic acid copolymer which can solve 7.69%(Zn ). Polyacrylic acid, hydrolyzed polymaleic acid, acrylic acid/allyl sulfonic acid/hydroxypropyl acrylate, acrylic acid/allyl sulfonic acid/polyethylene glycol copolymers can solve 6.82%(Zn ). Maleic anhydride/acrylic acid and acrylic acid/methyl acrylate can solve 3.41%(Zn ). Acrylic acid/hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer can only solve 1.41%(Zn ). It is also found that the solubility is governed by the molecular structures of polymer.
