摘要
用XRD对ALC废渣中添加氢氧化钙后的ALC-CH系统,在室温至1000℃范围内加热过程中的物理化学变化进行了跟踪测定。β-C2S在700~850℃开始形成,在850~1000℃大量形成。并对掺加有1000℃下的ALC-CH烧成物的水泥进行了强度测定。表明,可以用添加氢氧化钙后再加热的方法使ALC废渣活化。与ALC原渣相比,用活化ALC渣掺入水泥中,水泥的强度降低幅度显著减小。
The physicochemical changes of ALC CH system during heating between 100 to 1000℃ were traced by means of XRD analysis. The strength development of the cement mortar added with raw ALC waste or activated ALC waste at 1000℃ was followed by mortar test. β C 2S was found beginning to form between 700℃ and 850℃,and continuing to form on a large scale between 850℃ and 1000℃. The mortar test results showed that the reduction rate of strength of the cement added with activated ALC waste was compensated to some extent as compared with that of raw ALC waste, indicating the possibility of using the ALC waste in large amounts in cement.
