生物薄片法检测抗精子抗体及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨抗精子抗体(ASAb)与不孕不育的关系,并评价免疫荧光生物薄片技术在检测ASAb中的临床应用价值。方法采用间接免疫荧光法结合生物薄片技术检测1920对不孕不育夫妇和40对正常孕期夫妇ASAb,并进行统计分析。结果不孕不育组ASAb阳性率明显高于正常对照组,(12.7%vs1.25%,χ2ASAb=9.4,P<0.01),ASAb阳性者IgG型占66.4%,IgM型28.1%,IgA为0.6%。ASAb结合的部位分别头部占58.0%,尾部35.8%,体部3.7%,整体阳性较少为2.5%。结论体内抗精子抗体的存在可能是导致不孕不育的主要原因之一。生物薄片技术检测抗精子抗体特异性高,既能定性又能定位,值得在临床推广。 Objective To explore the relationship between anti - sperm antibodies and aciesis disease and evaluate the value of immunofluoreseence assay ([FA) BIOCHIP in detecting anti - sperm antibodies in aciesis disease. Methods Anti - sperm antibodies in 1 920 aciesis couples and 40 normal couples were detected by indirect IFA and BIOCH IP. The resnlts were statistically analyzed. Results The positive rate of Anti - sperm antibodies was significantly higher in the aciesis couples than that of the normal pregnant couples ( 12.7% vs 1.25, χ2 = 9.4, P 〈 0.01 ). The positive rates of IgG, IgM, IgA were 66.4%, 28.1%, 0. 6% , respectively. The combing sites of anti - sperm antibodies were head, tail and body, occupied 58.0% 35.8% 3.7% . But the total positive rate was only 2.5%. Conclusion The presence of anti - sperm antibodies might be the main cause leading to aciesis disease. IFA BIOCHIP is highly specific for qualitatively detecting anti - sperm antibodies and it is recommended for clinical application.
