695例不良生育史患者细胞遗传学分析

Cytogenectical analysis of 695 patients with infertility history

目的探讨不良生育史与细胞遗传学的关系。方法对695例有自然流产、胚胎停育或生育畸形儿史的患者,通过取外周血进行淋巴细胞培养,G显带进行染色体核型分析。结果发现695例患者中有染色体核型异常29例,异常率4.2%。结论染色体异常是导致不良生育的重要原因之一,所以对有不良生育史的患者进行染色体检查十分必要,有利于对优生优育进行指导。

Objective To investigate the relationship between nabnormal child - beating history and eytogenetics. Methods Coromosomal karyotypes of 695 patients with spontaneous abortion or embryo growth ceasing or with bearing malformation child history was analyzed by using G- banding after culture pf periphery blood lymphocyte. Results Out of the 695 patients with abnormal child- beating history abnormal chromosomal karyotypes was detected 29 patients, accounted for 4.2%. Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities is one of the the important factors leading to the abnormal child - bearing.
