寄生虫病预防控制所科技活动现状分析

Analysis on the current scientific activities of the National Institute of Parasitic Diseases,China CDC

目的对中国疾病预防控制中心寄生虫病预防控制所更名组建以来科技活动的能力与水平进行定量分析、评估。方法以《科学研究与科技开发机构年报表》2002-2006年发生的机构、人员、经费、课题以及科技产出的数据为依据,进行科技投入、产出的定量分析,综合评估5年来机构建设的状况。结果（1）人员2002-2006年平均全所职工182人,其中从事研究与发展科技活动为140人,占全所人员的76.9%;从事科技活动人员有学位者2006年增加至41名,为2002年的2倍,其中1/4为博士;（2）科技经费的投入与支出2003年与2002年基本持平,2004-2006年经费投入分别为2002年的2.2倍、2.0倍和2.5倍;（3）课题分析平均每年课题24题,其中来源于国家级项目占27.2%;科技部中央研究院所专项资金和卫生部项目占18.2%;上海市科技攻关等地方政府项目占7.5%;自筹资金项目、企业委托、以及其他来源的项目分别占7.4%、2.5%和1.7%,;国际合作项目占35.5%;（4）科技产出专利申请8项,其中发明专利7项。授权发明专利4项。一类新药证书和四类新药证书各1项。SCI系统收录科技论文34篇。结论寄生虫病预防控制所科技活动符合我国寄生虫病预防控制的需求。

Objective To carry out a quantitative analysis and evaluation on the capacities and levels of the National Institute of Parasitic Diseases, China CDC from 2002 to 2006 after its being renamed in 2002. Methods On the basis of the ＂Annual Report of the Institutions of the Scientific Researches and Scientific Development＂, a comprehensively quantitative analysis on the scientific input and output in the recent 5 years was performed. Results During the period of 2002 - 2006 in the Institute, （ 1 ） professional personeh the percentage of the professional one was 76.9% （140/182）, 41 of them has degrees in 2006, while 20 in 2002. （2） input of the funds for scientific activities： comparing to the funds in 2002, no changes in 2003 and those were 2.2 , 2.0 and 2.5 times in 2004, 2005 and 2006, respectively. （3） Project classification： at average, there were 24 projects in each year. Among them, 27,2% were national projects, while 18.2% from special - support funds from Ministry of Scientific and Technology and Ministry of Health, 7.5% from Shanghai Municipal Scientific Funds, 7.4%, 2.5%, 1.7% and 35.5% from self-raise- funds, entrusted by enterprises, other origins and international cooperation,respectively. （4） Scientific output： of the 8 patents applied, 7 was inventative ones while 4 patents were certificated. One of the in＇st - level certificate and the fourth - level one for new drug were got, respectively. A total of 34 papers were collected by SCI. Conclusion The current scientific activities of the National Institute of Parasitic Diseases,China CDC were in keeping with the needs of the control and prevention for parasitic diseases in China.
