摘要
对丁草胺生产中的缩合岗位进行了工艺改进．实现了用市售的42％波碱替代47％的液碱直接用于生产，提高了原料的转化率和产品收率，降低了生产成本．
The improvement of the condensation technology on the butachlor production is carried out. It has been realized that the sodium hydroxide solution of 47 percent is replaced with the solution 42 percent, thus raising the conversion rate and the yield of product and reducing the production cost.
