摘要
本文通过对山东省9所有代表性的高职院校388名教师进行的问卷调查,发现高职学校教师的职业压力在年龄、教龄、平均周课时、学历、任教科目、是否担任实训课、是否担任班主任等方面存在显著差异。本文结合调查结果,从社会、学校、教师自身三个方面对减缓高职教师职业压力提出相应对策。
Questionnaire investigation is carried out among 388 teachers in 9 representative vocational colleges in Shandang province, and the result shows: the occupational stress of vocational college teachers differentiates remarkably on ages, teaching ages, average course hours per week, educational backgrounds, courses taken, whether taking a virtual training course, whether a teacher in charge of a class. The occupational stress of vocational college teachers is generally high. Based on the investigation result, corresponding countermeasures to relieve the occupational stress of vocational college teachers are brought forward from three aspects: the society, the college and the teachers themselves.
