校本课程开发与特色学校建设——以宁波市江东区为中心的考察

School-based Curriculum Development and Characteristic Schools: An Investigation Focused on Jiangdong District of Ningbo

校本课程开发是特色学校建设题中应有之义。校本课程开发既是挖掘和发挥教师专长、促进学生特长与个性发展的重要方式,也是塑造学校文化、实现特色学校迈向品牌化的必要途径。创建特色学校,不能简单地把特色项目等同于学校特色文化,更不能以牺牲中心文化来换取学校的发展特色。

The development of school-based curriculum is necessary to that of characteristic schools. Because it is an Important way to tap teachers＇ talents and bring them into play, a significant method to foster students of speciality and individuality as well as a necessary pathway to the creation of school culture and brandization of characteristic schools. During the construction of characteristic schools, characteristic projects can not be simply equated with characteristic culture. Besides, it is important to protect the central culture from being replaced by school development characters.
