摘要
当前尽管我国经济运行总体态势趋好,但经济结构问题仍是制约我国经济素质和经济运行质量提高的主要症结,在经济结构出现的诸多问题中又以产业结构的计划经济特征、区域结构的不平衡、城乡结构的差距拉大最为突出,因此积极推进产业结构的优化升级,促进一、二、三产业健康协调发展;充分发挥地区经济优势,形成合理的区域经济布局;把解决农业、农村和农民问题作为全面建设小康社会的重点,促进城乡二元经济结构的转变就成为目前解决我国经济结构问题的主要对策。
Chinese economic development is in a good situation at present, but the problem of economic structure is still the primary obstacle to improving the economic quality and economic operation quality. Among the various problems in economic structure, the problems such as the characteristic of planned economy of industrial structure, the imbalance of the regional structure and Urban - rural inequality are the most prominent. Therefore optimizing the industrial structure, making the most of the advantages of regional economy and solving the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers become the main countermeasures against the problems of economic structure currently.
