摘要
建筑物区分所有权人组织是区分所有建筑物的管理机构。建筑物区分所有权人组织与外部相关组织和机构的关系,对建筑物区分所有权人组织正常发挥其管理功能有重大影响。对建筑物区分所有权人组织与管理服务人,以及建筑物区分所有权人组织与行政机构这两组重要的建筑物区分所有权人组织外部关系的分析,揭示了如何处理建筑物区分所有权人组织外部关系,以确保和促进建筑物区分所有权人组织正常发挥其管理区分所有建筑物的功能。
A condominium association is the management institution of a condominium. The relationship between the condominium association and other entities and authorities has significant influence on the management function of the condominium association. By exploring the relationship between the condominium association and the management service provider, and that between the condominium association and administrative authorities, this article discussed the method to assure and facilitate the function of the condominium association.
