综合疗养对老年高血压病患者血压昼夜节律的影响

Effect of comprehensive recuperation on circadian rhythm of hypertension in senility

目的探讨综合疗养措施影响老年高血压病患者血压昼夜节律的临床意义。方法观察60例老年高血压病患者采用综合疗养措施治疗前和治疗后血压和昼夜节律的变化。结果采用综合疗养措施治疗后,患者血压显著下降,昼夜节律亦恢复正常。结论综合疗养措施可降低老年高血压患者血压,并可使昼夜节律恢复正常。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive recuperation on circadian rhythm of hypertension in the senility. Methods Sixty old hypertension patients were accepted for comprehensive recuperation, and their blood pressures were measured before and 3 months after recuperation. Results After comprehensive recuperation,their blood pressures decreased significantly （P〈0.01）, and circadian rhythm of blood pressure were recovered. Conclusion The comprehensive recuperation may be effective on decrease of blood pressure and the circadian rhythm of blood pressure can be recovered.
