摘要
目的通过对辽宁省286例可疑医疗器械不良事件报告进行分析,为临床安全用械提供警示。方法采用描述性分析的方法进行分析。结果引起不良事件的可疑医疗器械共涉及47种(类),占前3位的分别是宫内节育器、骨科植入器械以及一次性导尿包。结论加强医疗器械科学使用,保障用械安全。
Objective Analyze 286 cases of suspected medical devices adverse incident reports for chnical use with warning. Method Use descriptive analysis methods to analyze. Result Adverse incident involve a total of 47 kinds of suspicious medical device： the first three places are IUD, Orthopedics implant instrument, a one,time packet catheterization respectively. Conclusion Strengthen the rational use of medical equipment to ensure the safety of medical device.
